Chicken fillets in cheese sauce

- 1 kg chicken fillets
- 1 onion
- 1 stock cube or bouillon
- 2½ cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
- 1 package of Tranchetes or cheese sandwich
Cooking Time: 45mins
- The first step in making our recipe chicken fillets, will heat a little oil in a pan and fry the steaks. Once they are fried and golden on the plate aside.
- In the same pan where we cooked chicken, unwashed, make a sauce with chopped onions cut. We let poach over medium heat.
- Once the onion is poached, add water and let it boil. Currently rid bouillon tablet.
- You can use chicken broth or vegetable, the flavor you prefer.
- Then we will add the cheese slices slowly to form a smooth sauce. When they have melted, season with a little salt and some black pepper.
- At this point you can add some extra spice to taste like oregano or rosemary.
- Finally, you can link everything in the pan, bathing fillets with cheese sauce and pepper and serve directly on the plate.
- These chicken fillets in cheese sauce are delicious and can serve accompanied with mashed potatoes and a colorful vegetable wok.
- Another way to serve this dish is prepared the same sauce, but instead of placing it on chicken fried steaks, do it on a chicken cutlets, an ideal dish for the whole family.
