Marinade
1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a bowl. Reserve half of the marinade.
2. In another bowl, add chicken and half of the marinade. Marinate for 60 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.

Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
