Cheesecake With Cherries


Ingredients                                                                             Serving:6 

For Cake:   
   
     200g cream cheese
     200 ml whipping cream
     100g icing sugar
     1 teaspoon of gelatin powder (5g)
     70 ml of boiling water
     125 g of crushed cookies or crushed
     40 gr margarine Tulip

For Cherry Sauce

     100 g of cherries
     30 g sugar
     1 level teaspoon arrowroot (2g) (mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
     Arrowroot may be substituted by 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation
  1. It is important to note that need to cool the cake 60 minutes thus will catch the consistency needed to prepare and need a round mold about 20 cm in diameter.
  2. First thing we do, will whip the cream until it is thick notice that. Once we we we add the cream cheese and sugar.
  3. In another vessel, dissolve the gelatin according to package directions, in 70 ml of water. Let cool and add the gelatin to the mixture.
  4. Melt the margarine Tulip in a bowl in the microwave. We margarine in a larger container, and added to the margarine tulip ground cookies. Mix well and with the help of a spoon extend based on the round pan 20 cm in diameter.
  5. Once you have extended all the cookie, we pour the cream cheese on crackers have prepared. Let cool in the refrigerator to take consistency, for about 60 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan we put the cherries with the sugar until the sugar dissolves. We add arrowroot and warmed until the mixture thickens. Once it has thickened, let cool.
  7. Finally, when the cherries are cold pour the mixture over the cake with a spoon.
