Ingredients:
- 180g dark chocolate Lindt 70%
- 180g butter
- sugar 180g
- 5 eggs

- Beat the sugar with the egg yolks, add the softened butter. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Melt the chocolate (possibly with a little butter) in a water bath.
- Gently fold the egg whites to the preparation, then the melted chocolate.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C (th.6). Line the bottom of a springform pan (dia. 22.5 cm) of baking paper and butter / flour on the periphery. Pour 4/5 of the mixture into the mold.
- Cook approx. 20-25 min. (Plant the blade of a knife, when dry spring, stop the cooking process. The cake nevertheless remain very basis).
