Thai Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
  •      3 large chicken thighs
  •      2 tbsp soy sauce - Card Soy Sauce
  •      1 tbsp oyster sauce - Card Oyster Sauce
  •      1/2 tsp ground pepper
  •      1 tbsp Maggi sauce
  •      1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation Steps:
Preparation time: 30 minutes>Cooking time:15 minutes> Ready in: 50 minutes
  •      Wash the chicken. Dry it.
  •      In a large bowl, marinate the chicken legs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, Maggi sauce & sugar for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
  •      Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
  •      Place chicken thighs on the grill.
  •      Cook chicken in moderate oven for 25 minutes and then low temperature for 10 minutes.
  •      Return time chicken thighs in time for their two sides are evenly browned.
  •      During cooking, baste think thighs regularly with the sauce marinade.
