Thai Roasted Chicken Thighs

- 3 large chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce - Card Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce - Card Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Maggi sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Preparation Steps:
Preparation time: 30 minutes>Cooking time:15 minutes> Ready in: 50 minutes
- Wash the chicken. Dry it.
- In a large bowl, marinate the chicken legs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, Maggi sauce & sugar for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
- Place chicken thighs on the grill.
- Cook chicken in moderate oven for 25 minutes and then low temperature for 10 minutes.
