Chocolate Brown Soup Scoop Of Whipped Cream With Toasted Hazelnuts

Ingredients:
  • 400 ml of semi-skimmed UHT milk
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 100 g NESTLE chocolate dessert black
  • 2 tbsp whole hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp cream of sweet vanilla chestnuts

Preparation Steps:

Preparation time: 10 min> cooking time: 5 min     

  •      Place 50 ml cream in a bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  •      Coarsely chop hazelnuts and fry in a dry pan 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.
  •      In a saucepan, heat the milk, 100 ml cream, chestnut cream and chocolate.
  •      Beat the chilled whipped cream. Spread the chocolate soup into 6 small bowls and place whipped cream quenelle above. Add roasted nuts and serve immediately.
