Chocolate Brown Soup Scoop Of Whipped Cream With Toasted Hazelnuts

Ingredients:
- 400 ml of semi-skimmed UHT milk
- 150ml whipping cream
- 100 g NESTLE chocolate dessert black
- 2 tbsp whole hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp cream of sweet vanilla chestnuts
Preparation Steps:
Preparation time: 10 min> cooking time: 5 min
- Place 50 ml cream in a bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Coarsely chop hazelnuts and fry in a dry pan 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, 100 ml cream, chestnut cream and chocolate.
- Beat the chilled whipped cream. Spread the chocolate soup into 6 small bowls and place whipped cream quenelle above. Add roasted nuts and serve immediately.
