Chicken burgers with mayonnaise salad and spices
Ingredients for Fried Chicken
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- butter to taste
- edible vegetable oil to taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
- salt to taste
- 4 bun
- 480 grams of chicken fajitas
- 2 cups flour
Ingredients for Salad
- 1/2 piece of onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 piece of jalapeno
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 4 cups white cabbage
Preparation
Preparation time: 45 min
- Slicing cabbage and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, jalapeno slices seedless, garlic and salt.
- Stir well the ingredients and add the onion into slices. Incorporate tabasco sauce and chopped pickles.
- Soaking chicken fajitas buttermilk breading then in a mixture of flour with salt and pepper.
- Frying pan with fajitas in oil.
- Spread inside of bun with butter. Heat the comal.
- Remove the bread from the pan. Serve the salad on top breads and fried chicken fajitas. Cover the burger and serve.
