Chicken burgers with mayonnaise salad and spices




Ingredients for Fried Chicken

  •      1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  •      butter to taste
  •      edible vegetable oil to taste
  •      1 cup buttermilk
  •      salt to taste
  •      4 bun
  •      480 grams of chicken fajitas
  •      2 cups flour

Ingredients for Salad

  •      1/2 piece of onion
  •      1 clove of garlic
  •      1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •      1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  •      1 piece of jalapeno
  •      1/2 cup chopped pickles
  •      4 cups white cabbage


Preparation

Preparation time: 45 min

  • Slicing cabbage and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, jalapeno slices seedless, garlic and salt.
  • Stir well the ingredients and add the onion into slices. Incorporate tabasco sauce and chopped pickles.
  • Soaking chicken fajitas buttermilk breading then in a mixture of flour with salt and pepper.
  • Frying pan with fajitas in oil.
  • Spread inside of bun with butter. Heat the comal.
  • Remove the bread from the pan. Serve the salad on top breads and fried chicken fajitas. Cover the burger and serve.
